On-Site Insider represents Plan Group's latest initiative in fostering connectivity among field staff and the broader company community. This employee hub serves as a centralized platform for company news, project updates, and fostering peer recognition through kudos and shoutouts.
In close collaboration with the Marketing and Proposals Administrator, I developed promotional materials for the launch of the site. These materials included banners for the company intranet, posters, onboarding cards, and helmet stickers.
Central to our creative approach was the selection of imagery that resonated with the purpose of the site – connecting on-site personnel and the wider company network. Our solution is a collage featuring eight distinctive site buildings and features, designed to resonate with employees across various departments. To maintain visual cohesion, and alignment with the On-Site Insider branding, all images are recreated in the company's dark blue, and white.
