The design for a comprehensive brand guide for Plan Group. With no previous guide to reference, this layout draws influence from the new parent company's brand guidelines.
Along with the brand guide are condensed documents to provide quick access to essential information, and facilitate the introduction of the new branding to staff. This presentation serves as a comprehensive resource for all essential details regarding the rebrand; aiding staff members in utilizing company branding effectively across various internal and external communications.
The presentation also serves as a demonstration of the new company PowerPoint template for 2024.
These condensed documents also aid in reducing the number of questions fielded by the Marketing and Communications team regarding branding.
An integral aspect of this project was ensuring the organization, and clarity of working documents and associated files. It was essential that future team members could easily update and manage these documents without explanation from myself. To achieve this, I implemented a systematic naming convention for styles, layers, elements, and layouts within the documents. This organization extends to file folders, images, working files, and proofs for ease of navigation.
